Product Advantage&Product Uses | The oxidized silver white treatment of aluminum alloy profiles in our factory usually includes the following steps: Pretreatment: The aluminum alloy profile will be surface cleaned to remove oil, dust and other impurities to ensure the surface quality after treatment. Pre-treatment can be carried out by alkaline washing, acid washing or mechanical treatment. Acid washing: Soak the cleaned aluminum alloy profiles in an acidic solution, usually using dilute hydrochloric acid or other acidic cleaning agents, to remove the surface oxide layer and other impurities. Water washing: Sufficiently wash the acid-washed aluminum alloy profiles to remove the acidic cleaning agent residue to prevent the impact on the subsequent treatment. Deoxidizing: Deoxidation is to prevent the oxidized aluminum alloy surface from oxidizing again. Chemical or electrochemical methods can be used, such as immersion in a solution containing a redox agent, or electrolytic deoxidation in an electrolytic tank. Oxidation treatment: The deoxidized aluminum alloy profile is immersed in a solution containing an oxidizing agent, and a uniform, dense oxide film is formed on the aluminum surface by controlling the composition, temperature, current density and other parameters of the solution. In the oxidation treatment process, different colors of oxide layer are usually formed, and suitable treatment conditions are selected to obtain a silver-white oxide layer. Water washing: The oxidation-treated aluminum alloy profiles are washed sufficiently to remove the residual treatment solution and other impurities. Sealing treatment (optional): For profiles that require better corrosion resistance, a sealing treatment can be performed to close the micropores in the oxide layer and reduce the permeability of the oxide layer. The sealing treatment is usually achieved by hot water sealing or sealing solution treatment. Drying: Dry the treated aluminum alloy profiles to ensure the surface is dry and prevent moisture residue from causing oxidation or other problems. The above steps are the general process of oxidation silver white treatment of aluminum alloy profiles, the specific operation and parameter settings may vary according to process requirements and equipment conditions. In actual operation, each step needs to be strictly controlled to ensure that the final product meets the expected quality requirements. |
